The partnership vision

A real role during the school day — designed by you.

Selected students come on-site Monday through Thursday for about a 2.5-hour block (schedule open to adjust). They work the role you design. Students handle their own transportation.

You design the intern. Duties, skill bar, duration, and how many seats you’ll hold.
Students apply with proof. Applications plus CMYK skills credentials with evidence.
You decide who to accept. CMYK prepares applicants; your team makes the call.
Agreements protect both sides. CMYK provides a student/family/business contract on safety and supervision. You’re welcome to add your own.

Timeline

We’re building the pipeline before day one on site.

CMYK High plans to open Fall 2027 with a founding class of about 100. The first semester focuses on training human skills and building credentials — so Spring 2028 partners get stronger applicants.

School opens

Small founding class. Students train in CMYK skills and begin building credentials with real evidence.

First internships

Earliest partnership term. Students apply with credentials; businesses select who joins their team.
