Design your intern. Unlock rising talent.

Yes, they’re young — and they’re the upcoming generation, with energy, knowledge, and skills ready to put to work. Tell us the role and the CMYK skill bar you need; we’ll match you with candidates who bring credentials and evidence.

The partnership vision

A real role during the school day — designed by you.

Selected students come on-site Monday through Thursday for about a 2.5-hour block (schedule open to adjust). They work the role you design. Students handle their own transportation.

Timeline

We’re building the pipeline before day one on site.
